Monica Jain, MD, FACS

Monica Jain, MD is the CEO of Dissect Health. She also is currently a Partner at Wavemaker Three-Sixty Health, an early stage healthcare venture fund; is formerly a General and Endocrine Surgeon, an Assistant Professor of Surgery, and the Surgical Innovation Officer at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center; has a background in Biomedical Engineering and Human Factors; and has over a decade of experience in healthcare innovation.

Dr. Jain is passionate about narrowing the divide between innovative technologies and their implementation and adoption into healthcare environments. She works with healthcare startup companies, large health systems, industry, and non-profits, with particular expertise in the areas of product design, clinical strategy, and commercialization strategy, helping clients navigate the complex healthcare ecosystem to develop and integrate products effectively and driving strategic innovation partnerships and investments.
